Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. 2. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total service cost will be charged. 3. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be considered as a no-show, and their appointment may be cancelled. A cancellation fee of 75% of the total service cost will apply in such cases. 4. In the event that a client arrives late for their appointment due to circumstances beyond their control, the hairstylist will make every effort to accommodate them. However, the hairstylist reserves the right to adjust or shorten the service duration to avoid any inconvenience caused to subsequent clients. 5. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the client being required to prepay for future appointments or, in extreme cases, refusal of service. 6. If you have any concerns about your service you have within 2 days to reach out to the stylist and within 5 days to get back into the salon for a correction. 7. The cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of the hairstylist. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes. By booking an appointment with the hairstylist, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
